Couleur.tv had the opportunity to win the CALQ and Télé-Québec call for podcasts projects contest. So, we set out to imagine an epic adventure that we would have loved to listen to as children! In 12 episodes of nearly 20 minutes each, available on all platforms.
As her family’s imminent move approaches, Sao Mai and her two best friends, Amaryllis and Vanja, promise to make their last summer in Anse-au-Renard as epic as possible. This naive resolution leads them to make a surprising discovery in the heart of an abandoned village. The friends then embark on the trail of a mystery buried deep within the old mine. All these explorations are not without risk, as the inseparable trio discovers. Between Vanja’s innocence and Amaryllis’s impulsiveness, Sao Mai must find her place despite the growing obstacles. The three friends are faced with the greatest challenge of their lives and undertake a mission of the utmost importance to save their friendship… and the village of Anse-au-Renard.
Infused with magical realism, the story of « Coeur de cristal » is a tale of friendship and acceptance, unfolding at the beginning of adolescence, at the age when games become more serious. The plot unfolds in a fictional countryside and features three young girls with varied personalities. This contemporary fantasy epic spans twelve episodes of approximately 18 minutes each, intended to move and inspire wonder.
